iHealth Web Sites

iHealth Powered by Medem® is an online service that offers our patients access to a web site that personalizes their care with their physician via online messaging. Each physician will have their own iHealth web site, so if you see multiple physicians then you need to register with them through their iHealth link (listed next to their picture - if available).

In order to access iHealth for your physician, you must first register with Medem to create an iHealth Record. You only need to create your iHealth record with Medem one time, but you must register your record with each physician that you see. Use the registration link to create your iHealth record to begin the process. Once registered, you may click your physician's iHealth web site link to request access to your physician's iHealth web portal.

iHealth is much more than a messaging system for patients & physicians. iHealth offers an award winning medical library, educational programs and of course, online messaging & consultation with your primary care physician. Future plans are in the process to offer more online services, such as prescription refill requests. Steps to begin using iHealth:

1. Create your iHealth Record
2. Register with your physician(s) by clicking on their iHealth link next to their picture and follow the instructions
